Delivery

Shipping Times and Methods

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, depending on the courier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order at any time.

Which couriers do you use?

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we work leading couriers such as GLS, UPS, and DPD.

How can I track my shipment?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team, who are always ready to assist you.


Customer Support

Can I return the product?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Warranty

Software issues: If you experience a software problem, we will provide a free update along with detailed instructions to install it.

Damaged accessories: If any accessory is damaged, we will replace it free of charge within the 12-month warranty period. After this period, the replacement cost will apply.

Hardware faults: If a hardware issue is covered by the 12-month warranty, you can send the device to our designated service centre for free repair. Once the warranty expires, repairs will be charged, with costs evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Is installation and use straightforward?

2. Installation is simple, requires no special skills or additional help, and can be completed in under five minutes. If you have any questions, our customer support team is always available to guide you.

Why can’t I find the software update package on the website?

To prevent potential issues caused by incorrect updates, software packages are not posted directly on the website. If you need an update, please email illuminamore@gmail.com with your order number and device version. Our customer support team will guide you safely through the update process, step by step.

Why is my Android phone not connecting to the device?

Android phones must have the Android Auto app installed to connect to our products.

Is it just a simple tablet with a mount?

CarPlay Italia is not a standard tablet. It’s specifically designed to integrate with your car’s system, providing enhanced compatibility and more stable connections with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Are your products legal? Do they affect driving safety?

Our devices are fully legal and, when used correctly, help improve driving safety by allowing completely hands-free use of your phone.

Can installation obstruct the driver’s view?

CarPlay Italia offers multiple mounting options and comes with two brackets: one for the windshield and one for the dashboard. Choose the position that is safest and complies with local regulations. We also recommend checking the rules in the country where the device will be used.

Are bulk purchases more cost-effective?
