SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping takes 2–6 business days for standard delivery and 24–48 hours for express. Please note that 1–2 business days are required for order processing. The stated times do not include possible customs delays for international shipments.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its status at any time.

For some couriers, it takes 1–2 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If you placed your order more than 4 business days ago and tracking details are still unavailable, feel free to contact us.

 

CUSTOMS

By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be sent to you and, although it’s extremely rare, customs fees may apply upon their arrival in your country. In such cases, these costs will be borne by the recipient.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS

Please carefully check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order, as an incorrect address could compromise delivery. If the error is on our part, we will take full responsibility and support you until the shipment is successfully received.
